Really disappointing food, the restaurant was dead, the food took ages, it arrived cold & was well below average.
The staff were rude and unfriendly.

The Bistro De La Mer is our favourite places to eat whenever weâ¬"re in the Falmouth area. We love this place because the atmosphere is fantastic and the dishes are so well prepared and tasty. I have tried many Chinese restaurants but Mingâ¬"s is right up there with the best of them. The fish offerings were impressive as were the presentation and quality of food. A great atmosphere and you can really relax and enjoy yourself. The staff were very very helpful with my husbands allergy's and the food was good enough. @julianbayliss is right. This place is great. I haven't had one of their BBQ things but I will definitely give it a go. Overall, the food is reasonably priced but the drinks are quite expensive. Five Degrees West is both a nice pub to relax and enjoy a drink with friends and a great little restaurant amidst the many in Falmouth. The garden at the back is a great place to sit in good weather, sheltered from the wind and with a lovely relaxed feel to it. The food on offer ranges from seafood (well, it is Falmouth...) to burgers, and the 2 steak meals and 2 drink for Â£20 offer is too good not to be taken up. Sorry steprentiss but I disagree. I love Harbour Lights chips. There fish is also really tasty. At peak times there can be a bit of a queue but it's worth it. I come here for lunch sometimes when I want something quick and easy. It's exactly that. Quick, easy and cheap. Not the most nutricious meal you'll ever eat but it tastes alright. I completely agree with Emma_W. They do really good food and the views are amazing. There steaks are great and I love their Teriyaki chicken-- it's amazing. The interior of the Shed is very unusual and quirky, and a great place to enjoy a meal. The food is really nice, all fresh and locally sourced, with some unbelievably friendly and attentive staff. The interior is really fantastically decorated to reflect the harbourside setting, all wooden beams and light blue Mediterranean-style colouring and lighting, which creates a very classy atmosphere. A bit more expensive than the old style beach restaurant, the Cove is a good choice for a special occasion. The food is sophisticated and beautifully presented. The fish at Indaba is why we always come here again and again. This is one of the top restaurants in Falmouth and is really respected for the amazing dishes and quality fish. Clarks has a really nice comfy atmosphere, making it an especially nice place for couples. The food is modern British but is more high class than your usual so is priced accordingly but still fairly. Everything has always been well cooked, with generous portions and good service.
